How to Install a Feed Roller Assembly in the Xerox Phaser 6250 Color Laser Printer

Initially, you must pull the drawer of the paper tray towards you until it stops. Then, you must remove the drawer from the main unit by slightly lifting it up and pulling it towards you. After that, you must remove the cover of the used feed roller that is installed into the paper drawer, and then remove the used feed roller by sliding it to the left while pulling its lock/release lever away from the axis. Now, you must slide the new feed roller firmly into place (it will lock into place), and then close the feed roller cover. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the used feed roller that is located on the top side of the drawer's cavity (inside the paper tray), and then insert the new feed roller into place. Finally, you must insert the drawer into the paper tray of your Xerox Phaser 6250 Color Laser Printer.

How to Install a Transfer Roller in the Xerox Phaser 6250 Color Laser Printer

To install a new transfer roller in your Xerox Phaser 6250 Color Laser Printer, you must open the front cover by pushing up the latch on the front. Then, you must remove the used transfer belt by squeezing its orange tabs together and lifting it out of the laser printer. Please do not touch the surface of the new transfer roller. After that, you must use a dry towel or a cotton swab to clean the toner density sensor that is located on the top side of the slot of the transfer roller, and then unpack the new transfer roller. Now, you must insert the rounded ends of the new transfer roller into the curved black guides of the slot, and then push the two orange tabs down until you hear a click. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Xerox Phaser 6250 Color Laser Printer.
